PLEASE PASS A BILL ON RESTRICTION ON WRONG USE OF MOBILE PHONE
The need for restriction in the use of mobile phones cannot be faulted. Any one who has experienced the irritation caused by a mobile phones ringing at wrong place at wrong time or being used at an inappropriate places like mosque, at functions, aircraft and many places will no doubt support me for the call to create some form of sanity in the use of this communication tool.
It very common to see people including commercial drivers, motorcycle riders use mobile phone while driving commercial transport. Off course many of these people have earned for themselves and their passengers a bed in the accident word of some hospitals or in othorodic hospitals by using the phone wrongly.
The misuse of mobile phones is so pervasive it occurs even in eh chambers of the Assemblies it got so bad that the House leadership had to install a jamming devises. Jamming device in the chambers minimize distractions.
